                         Food groups and you

                                                There are 3 different food groups

                                               
                                                      1.     milk and Dairy food are good for us.
                                                      2.    meat has protein that makes us have enery
                                                      3.    fruit and vegetables have fibre that makes us full for long.
                                                     
there is a sometime groups and a everyday group.
